Most people celebrate Halloween by trick-or-treating or handing out candy. For me, this year’s holiday was a little bit different. I went back to Atlanta for the weekend to attend Empoweresque, a fundraiser and costume party hosted by the Ian Somerhalder Foundation.

I also got the opportunity to chat with Ian before the event, and he spent a few minutes telling me about his conservation efforts and the goals for the foundation. Head on over to Ecorazzi to check it out!
