I was at a party Saturday night, and over the course of the evening, a true hatred for Carrot Top emerged. I think it began when someone asked everyone to name the best celebrity that they’ve ever met, and I said that my husband’s answer was Carrot Top, whom he once glimpsed at a regional airport in Florida (his real answer was Mark Lenard, who played Sarek on Star Trek). This actually led to some people wishing for the death of Carrot Top. Lest you be worried for the little guy, he of the crazy fro and innocuous-yet-annoying jokes, just look at this picture. I got it from the Fug Girls, who have a great little story to go with it in their December 2006 archives. But seriously, just look at this guy. Eeek.

I kinda want him dead, too.
Check out this response to “Dick in a Box.” It’s actually pretty good. This YouTube version is abbreviated; watch the whole thing here.
Hilarious. I guess this also serves as the Lyrics of the Day.

So, I’m completely fascinated with Victoria Beckham (not to mention her hair). I suppose if I were English, I might be as sick of her as I am of Paris Hilton, but she’s not that big here in the U.S. Typically, when you hear something about her, it’s along the lines of “Tom and Katie get married! Posh attends.” or “David Beckham did some cool soccer thing, Posh cheers.” Etc. But I love her crazy, goofy fashion. Her husband’s a hottie, her kids are cute, and she just gives off a vibe that I dig.
Check her out in this cute YouTube video.
I don’t wear t-shirts all that often, mainly because the basic, baggy shape is just not flattering on me. However, on days when I’m hanging around the house, going to the grocery store, or working out, I like a good, comfy shirt. And this one is perfect for me: “meh” is pretty much my standard response to everything (thank you, Lisa Simpson). So, to all the cynical, the apathetic, the Simpsons fans…go order the shirt. Then you won’t even have to speak; your shirt will do the talking for you.
